How does the sizing work?
We recommend checking our size chart before ordering. Our bamboo fabric has a 4-way stretch and anti-roll waistband — so it’s forgiving — but if you're between sizes or built with thick thighs, go one size up for comfort.
We offer sizes S through 3XL. Please check our sizing chart for the best fit.
What if they don’t fit? Can I return them?

Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
Yes – we ship worldwide! We offer all customers Domestic and International Shipping with tracking. $7.95 Domestic and International – we want your experience to be simple and efficient – just the way we like it.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery time is 6–12 days in the U.S. and Canada. Other regions vary up to 30 days if you’re far out.
- Oceania: 4 – 12 days
- Europe: 4 – 14 days
- Latin America: 10 – 25 days
- Other countries: 14 – 30 days
Processing takes 1–2 business days before shipping.

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

What makes bamboo better than cotton or polyester?
Bamboo is naturally breathable, moisture-wicking, and odor-neutralizing. It keeps you cool down there, and unlike polyester, it doesn’t trap heat, which may impact your testosterone levels over time.
Is this better for my hormonal health?
We believe so. Polyester tends to trap heat and moisture, which can affect sperm count and hormone levels. Our bamboo underwear helps you stay dry and cool, good for the jewels.
How do I take care of Assence’s boxers?
Cold wash, gentle cycle, no bleach. Air dry or tumble on low. Treat them right and they’ll last you a long time.
Are they suitable for workouts?
Absolutely. The bamboo fabric is breathable, moisture-wicking, and has 4-way stretch. So whether you’re lifting, running, or just breaking a sweat, they move with you and keep the swamp away.
Do you offer other styles besides boxers?
Not yet. Boxers are our current best-seller, but new styles (including trunks and briefs) are in development. Sign up for email updates to be the first to know when they drop.
Where are the underwear made?
They’re made overseas in a certified facility using a closed-loop process. That means no harsh chemicals and minimal environmental impact.
